Albanian and other immigrants residing in the Greater Boston area can avail themselves of affordable legal services offered by the International Institute of Boston (IIB): 1. WALK-IN CLINIC The legal staff at IIB offers a weekly walk-in program for refugees and other immigrants seeking basic immigration legal assistance which is available at low fees for the following:
* Refugee Green Card applications and interviews * Citizenship * Replacement Green cards and I-94s * Refugee Travel Documents * Re-entry Permits * Advance Parole
* Green Card and Passport photographs* Affidavits of Support * Consultations
Also offered on a limited basis:
* Family based visa petitions * Adjustment of status applications Call (617) 695-9990 and ask the receptionist for weekly walk-in hours - assistance is available ONLY during designated walk-in hours!
2. LOW-INCOME LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LILAP) For low-income individuals with complicated immigration cases, full legal representation by an attorney or accredited representative is available from IIB at reasonable fees.
If you want to sponsor a family member, are in need of deportation defense, or are a battered immigrant woman, call the legal staff at (617) 695-9990 or come to the Walk-In Clinic.
